Various teaching sessions were held, a
puppet show on the parables, an evening
session on Moses at the burning bush held
around a bonfire. Living, cooking and
eating together is always a way to bind
together, and to witness in practical ways
to those who were present, along with their
husbands, who are not yet full believers in
the Lord.

A
nother visit was made recently to the
refugees we earlier baptized in Turkey, and
there were another 22 baptisms. Brother Andy
Taylor reports:
“When I arrived back in the UK, owing to a rail
strike, I had to take a taxi to re-unite myself
with my car which was parked on a sister’s
driveway quite near Gatwick Airport. The taxi
driver was a Muslim who knew the importance
of the area of Turkey I had just been in to first
century Christianity. The point is that there is
a large community of Iranian refugees in the
600,000 strong city of Denizli, which is within
less than 10 miles of Laodikaeia [Laodicea]
and Colossae. A large number of these ex-
Muslims have accepted our Lord Jesus Christ
