What the Amazing God Can Do

God honours those who honour Him. I am a man 63 years old now and walking in the light of God. I am here to testify the goodness of the Lord in the area of provision. I have seen the provision of God in my life. I am married to my one and only wife by the name of Sis. Lune. We have had lovely children; right now I am not in employment, but the God that I serve has been so gracious to me. He has always provided for my daily needs.

God gives people opportunities to live on this earth for a reason. The primary aim of God when He created man was that man should worship Him at all times, but that has proved to be a hard task for man. No wonder we find that man wants to run away from the will of God, just like Jonah who was sent to Nineveh. Instead, Jonah chose to go to Tarshish but because of God’s love and the purpose that He had for Jonah (in spite of the fish swallowing him up), He commanded that the fish vomit him up since God had not finished with him (Jonah 1:3-16; 2:9).

I am hereby encouraging those brethren who are serving God, yet have times when they feel it is not worth trying to obey the Lord, I say, keep on obeying the Lord and one day He who is the rewarder of everything that you do, will grant all your heart’s desires, particularly the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Hold on to Christ and continue waiting upon the Lord for He never fails. 1 Corinthians 15:58 reminds every believer to have full confidence to serve the Lord, knowing that the reward that awaits us is far greater than man can give.
